My procedure is scheduled soon and I haven’t heard if my case is approved or not. Should I reschedule?

You can quickly do a status check on your case by using the Authorization Lookup tool on eviCore.com. Simply visit the link below to access real-time information on your case. https://carriers.carecorenational.com/PreAuthorization/screens/EligibilityLookup.aspx

You may also call our office at 800.918.8924 to receive a status update on your case. If your case is still pending, the agent will be able to give you the information you need to determine if you will need to reschedule your procedure or not.
