Network Health Wisconsin Provider Resources

EviCore by Evernorth is pleased to announce its expanded partnership Network Health to provide services for members enrolled in their Medicare program. The prior authorization program will provide Medicare patients with access to high quality, medically appropriate care that is consistent with evidence-based treatment guidelines.

Effective January 1, 2025, Network Health Medicare members will again require prior authorization from EviCore for certain Radiology services through EviCore. Providers will be able to begin submitting requests for Radiology services for Medicare members beginning on December 9, 2024, for dates of service January 1, 2025 and after.

Beginning in November 2024, EviCore will be leading online orientation sessions designed to assist you and your staff with the new program. These sessions will include detailed information about the prior authorization process, accessing information from the EviCore website and a question-and-answer period.
