As of April 5th 2021 EviCore healthcare will no longer provider authorization for Spine or Joint cases for Priority Health. EviCore will continue to review and provide authorization for High Tech Imaging and Laboratory services. If retro authorization is needed for spine or joint cases, please contact Priority Health at 800-942-0954.
EviCore healthcare is pleased to announce its partnership with Priority Health to provide authorization services for Priority Health members for dates of service beginning in June 2017. All outpatient elective Radiology and Lab Services will require prior authorization from EviCore healthcare.
