Updated Design Improves Web Experience for All Users, Particularly Providers
BLUFFTON, S.C. — April 9th, 2019 — After months of research and analysis based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders, EviCore healthcare (EviCore) is pleased to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website, EviCore.com. The restructured site improves the web experience for all users, but was particularly crafted with the provider in mind.
With enhanced navigation capabilities and improved access to some of EviCore’s most requested items, the new website better helps providers deliver the right care at the right time and the right place to their patients. The redesigned website also advances EviCore’s mission to empower the improvement of care by connecting patients, providers, and health plans with intelligent, evidence-based solutions. The enhanced features include:
Home Page Login: Streamlines the process for providers, allowing quick and easy access to submit prior authorization requests.
Provider’s Hub: Creates a “one-stop shop” for providers, offering access to training materials, clinical guidelines, clinical worksheets, contact information, and more.
Provider Training: Offers instructional videos and helpful tips on submitting a prior authorization, registering for EviCore portals, signing up for a web orientation session, and much more.
Universal Authorization Lookup: Provides the ability to quickly perform a status check on a case without having to log in. Both patients and providers can use this form to stay updated on the status of a prior authorization request.
Clinical Guidelines & Worksheets: Builds on EviCore’s longstanding commitment to providing transparent access to clinical guidelines by offering improved search functionality, solution-specific pages, and enhanced filters to facilitate document searches.

In addition, the new site offers home-page access to EviCore Insights, which provides valuable resources to providers navigating the prior authorization process, infographics, and videos of EviCore’s clinical staff sharing their unique experiences and prior authorization success stories. The Solution pages highlight some of the core components of EviCore’s various solutions and product offerings and houses videos showing the critical role that prior authorization can play in real-life clinical situations. An interactive Contact Us form aims to connect users with answers more quickly, and a new EviCore Support page houses FAQs and other useful information for patients, providers, and health plan partner clients.
