Effective 10/1/2025, prior authorizations requested through EviCore will transition from the MedSolutions portal to the CareCore National portal. The User ID and Password will remain the same. 

EviCore by Evernorth is pleased to announce its partnership with ABH- Illinois  to provide authorization services for members enrolled in the HealthChoice Illinois program.

Starting 12/1/2020, ABH-Illinois members will require prior authorization for EviCore healthcare for the following solutions:

  • Radiology
  • Cardiovascular
  • Pain Management
