Effective 2/1/25, EviCore will cease processing for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee Radiology and Cardiology prior authorization requests for Medicaid members. Should you have any questions, please contact the number on the back of the member's health plan card.
As of 9/1/24, EviCore will no longer manage prior authorization for Commercial Membership of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee.
