EviCore by Evernorth is an independent company that provides preauthorization for selected care categories for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana.
Commercial Membership
As of May 1, 2021, EviCore will no longer provide services for BCBS MT Commercial members. For services please call the number on the member ID card. EviCore will continue to provide services for BCBS MT Medicare Advantage and Healthy Montana Kids members.
