Effective May 26, 2023, Cambia and EviCore are implementing the Site of Care program for joint surgery requests performed June 1, 2023 and beyond for Commerical and Medicare membership.
EviCore handles prior authorizations for Cambia Commerical and Medicare members for the following MSK programs:
- MSM Pain/Spine/Joint
- PT/OT/ST/MT
- Acupuncture
- Chiropractic
EviCore does not maintain a provider resource page for Cambia. Cambia maintains their own page that providers are directed to for information pertaining to prior authorizations. That page can be found at: https://www.regence.com/provider/programs/medical-management/
