Cambia and EviCore are in partnership to ensure the right care is performed at the right time for members of the Cambia plans.

 

EviCore handles prior authorizations for Cambia Commercial and Medicare members for the following Musculoskeletal (MSK) programs:

  • Advanced procedures: Pain Management/Spine Surgery/Joint Surgery
  • Specialty Therapies: PT/OT/ST

 

EviCore does not maintain a provider resource page for Cambia. Cambia maintains their own page that providers are directed to for information pertaining to prior authorizations. That page can be found at: https://www.regence.com/provider/programs/medical-management/
