To ensure accurate claims payment, service authorizations must be entered under the same CareSource Provider ID as the servicing and billing provider submitted on the claim.
Effective July 1, 2024, CareSource Medicare Part B providers will go through www.EviCore.com for medical drug prior authorization case initiation.
