Children's Medical Services Operated by Sunshine Health Provider Resources
As of 10/03/2022, EviCore Healthcare will no longer provide PT/OT/ST authorizations for Children’s Medical Services members covered by Sunshine Health. Beginning 10/3/2022, authorizations for CMS members should be directed to Sunshine Health instead of EviCore. Authorization requests should be submitted via the Sunshine Health Secure Provider Portal (https://www.sunshinehealth.com/login.html).
