EviCore by Evernorth is pleased to announce its partnership with Health New England for prior authorization services of select CT, MR, Nuclear Cardiac, PET, and Genomic Lab studies.
EviCore by Evernorth currently accepts Radiology and Cardiology prior authorization requests for Health New England members through the MedSolutions portal. Effective 3/1/25, these requests should be entered through the CareCore National portal at EviCore.com
As of 10/01/23, EviCore will no longer provide services for the Sleep Diagnostics and PAP Devices and Supplies programs. For these services, please contact the health plan directly.

Effective February 1st, 2016 Health New England members will require prior authorization from EviCore for dates of service beginning February 1st, 2016. Services performed without authorization may be denied for payment, and you may not seek reimbursement from members.
Services performed in conjunction with an inpatient stay, 23-hour observation, or emergency room visit are not subject to authorization requirements.
