In compliance with West Virginia Senate Bill 267, all non-urgent prior authorization requests for West Virginia members receiving services in the state of West Virginia must be submitted via the health plan online portal or at EviCore.com.
The Health Plan (THP) is pleased to expand its ongoing partnership with EviCore to provide medical necessity review and authorization for members receiving services for the following that were previously provided through Palladian Health:
Cardiovascular
Radiology
Musculoskeletal
