EviCore by Evernorth is an independent utilization management company that provides preauthorization for selected care categories. Effective 1/1/2024, EviCore is pleased to announce its partnership with HealthCare Partners (HCP) to provide preauthorization services to members who are enrolled in Commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid networks for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy procedures.
NOTE: To register for HCP/EviCore prior authorization training, click on the General Resources tab where you can view the instructions to register and participate in the training session of your choice.
