Effective 12/31/2020, EviCore no longer manages the following Meridian memberships: Illinois and Michigan Medicare (Duals) and the Michigan Commercial (HIX) membership.
EviCore by Evernorth currently supports Meridian’s Cardiology and Radiology Utilization Management (UM) programs for all lines of business in the states of Michigan and Illinois.
Effective 4/1/2021, EviCore no longer manages the following memberships for Radiology and Cardiology Utilization Management (UM) programs:
Illinois and Michigan Medicaid and Medicare which is included under WellCare.
Coming Soon! EviCore and Meridian are expanding their partnership to include the following programs:
Physical therapy (PT), Occupational therapy (OT), Genetic testing, Pain management, and Sleep studies. MeridianHealth (Medicaid) and MeridianChoice (Commercial) will go live November 1, 2019, and MeridianComplete (Medicare-Medicaid Plan [MMP]) will go live January 1, 2020.
