EviCore by Evernorth is pleased to announce its expanded partnership with OHSU Health Services to provide services for members enrolled in Moda Health programs.
Effective May 1, 2026, OHSU Health Services members will require prior authorization for Lab Genetic Testing, Spine & Joint Surgeries, and Pain Management & Specialty Therapy services through EviCore for dates of service beginning on or after May 1, 2026.
