As of April 5th 2021 EviCore by Evernorth will no longer provider authorization for Spine or Joint cases for Priority Health. EviCore will continue to review and provide authorization for High Tech Imaging and Laboratory services. If retro authorization is needed for spine or joint cases, please contact Priority Health at 800-942-0954.
EviCore will begin managing Radiation Oncology services for Priority Health as of 9/15/2024. Authorization requests will be accepted beginning 9/15/2024 for treatments starting 9/15/2024 and beyond.
