EviCore by Evernorth is no longer managing Radiology and Cardiology prior authorization requests for Rocky Mountain Health Plan Medicare/DSNP members for dates of service after 12/31/2025. All requests for dates of service on or before 12/31/2025 will be handled by EviCore. All retro authorization requests and requests for dates of service on or after 12/31/2025 will be managed by Rocky Mountain Health Plan. For any questions, please contact Rocky Mountain Health Plan using the phone number on the back of the member’s ID card.

 

Effective March 1, 2025, EviCore will no longer process prior authorization requests related to lab/genetic testing for Individual and Family Plans (IFP) and for Medicare/ DSNP members. Should you have any questions, please contact Rocky Mountain Health Plans Provider Services at 888-478-4760

 

Upcoming changes to Rocky Mount Health Plans (RMHP) prior authorization programs effective 1/1/2023

  • Chiropractic Care: EviCore will no longer manage prior authorization requests for any RMHP members.
  • Laboratory Management: Authorization requests for RMHP Medicare members can no longer be submitted on the web portal & must be submitted telephonically. All other lines of business can continue to submit requests on the web portal.
  • Radiology & Cardiology: EviCore will no longer collect rendering site for RMHP Medicare membership.

There are currently no General Resources.
