EviCore is pleased to provide prior authorization services for Yamhill Community Care Organization for dates of service January 1, 2024 and beyond. Prior authorization will be required for the following services for their Medicaid membership:
• Advanced Imaging
• Cardiac Imaging
The program will begin accepting authorization requests December 18, 2023.
