Alliance Health is happy to announce its partnership with EviCore to provide services for members enrolled in Alliance Tailored Plan program.
Effective 3/1/2026 Alliance members will require prior authorization from EviCore for dates of service beginning 3/1/2026 and beyond for Radiology, Cardiology, Laboratory, Musculoskeletal and Radiation Oncology Services.
