EviCore is pleased to announce its partnership with the HUSKY Health Program to review prior-authorization (PA) requests and render medical necessity determinations for non-emergent outpatient advanced imaging services.
EviCore will begin accepting prior authorization requests on Monday, December 19, 2016. All outpatient, elective, or diagnostic MR, CT, or PET services performed on or after Monday January 1, 2017 will require prior-authorization from EviCore.
There are currently no General Resources.
