Point32Health has partnered with EviCore by Evernorth to provide patients with access to high-quality, medically appropriate care aligned with evidence-based guidelines. As part of this program, the procedures listed below require prior authorization for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Commercial members that reside in MA, NH, RI, and ME and Tufts Health RITogether members that reside in MA and RI effective 12/1/2026. Tufts Health Plan’s Medicare membership will no longer be managed by EviCore by Evernorth effective 12/1/2026.
