EviCore by Evernorth partners with Security Health Plan to provide authorization services for Security Health Plan members enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans. Prior authorization should be requested through EviCore for selected Cardiovascular, Radiology, Spine Surgery, Joint Surgery, and Pain Management Services.
Effective 2/1/2026, EviCore will cease processing for Security Health Plan prior authorization requests for Therapy (Physical/Occupational/Speech), Sleep Management and Radiation Oncology. Should you have any questions, please contact Security Health Plan provider services at 800-548-1224.
