Vaya Health Provider Resources

Beginning July 1st, 2024, Vaya Health Medicaid members will require prior authorization from EviCore healthcare for Durable Medical Equipment, Radiology, Cardiology and MSK Therapies. Services performed without authorization may be denied for payment, and you may not seek reimbursement from members.

There are currently no General Resources.
