Vaya Partners Provider Resources

Beginning Oct. 1, 2026, Vaya Health will merge with Partners Health Management. EviCore will continue to manage services for the newly formed organization, Vaya Partners. To ensure a smooth transition for members and providers, no prior authorization will be required for the services reviewed by EviCore for dates of service from Oct. 1-Dec. 30, 2026. Prior authorization reviews for Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Radiology, Cardiology, and Outpatient Specialized Therapies (MSK therapies) will resume for dates of service on or after Dec. 31, 2026. Retrospective requests for services for Partners members with dates of service prior to Oct. 1, 2026, should not be submitted to EviCore. Please see the Vaya Partners website for more information.
