An issue affected Radiology, Cardiology, and Musculoskeletal auth requests submitted 3/7–3/11 for Cigna Payor Solutions and SAR customers. Some providers may have received an incorrect “No Authorization Required” message. The issue is now resolved, and submissions can proceed normally.
