EviCore healthcare is pleased to announce its expanded partnership with Oscar to provide authorization services in the states of Arkansas, Illinois and Nebraska for dates of service 1/1/2022 and beyond.
Authorization is currently required for Oscar Insurance members enrolled in markets within Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Authorization requirements will continue in these areas. All outpatient elective Radiology, Cardiology, Chiropractic, Interventional Pain Management, Radiation Therapy, Medical Oncology, Spine Surgery, Joint Surgery, Sleep and Lab Services require prior authorization from EviCore healthcare.
